Goals, resolutions, intentions — no matter what you like to call them, they’re on your mind this month. We asked you what your sleep resolutions are, and (no surprise here), most of you want more of it! Here are just a few of the things you’re going to be working on in 2018 to bring more sleep to your family:


-I’m going to move my baby out of our room and into our toddler’s room. My goal is that both of them continue to get a good night’s sleep.



-In my ideal 2018, I’ll get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night.



-My three year-old sleeps in her own bed instead of squished up against me every morning from 3am on.



-My daughter drops her nap before kindergarten starts this September.



-My baby falls asleep peacefully, without bouncing or nursing.
